Eco-Drive Team | Shell Eco-marathon Qatar
Sep 2025 – Jan 2026
Worked as part of the Eco-Drive engineering team on the development of two electric vehicles, KAFO (Urban Concept) and QARA (Prototype), for participation in the Shell Eco-marathon Qatar. My responsibilities focused on electrical systems, motor control, energy efficiency, and system integration during both the pre-marathon and competition phases.
Key Contributions
- Designed and implemented the complete electrical wiring architecture, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with Shell Eco-marathon technical inspection requirements.
- Programmed and tuned the motor controller to achieve smooth acceleration, stable operation, and optimal energy efficiency.
- Performed system-level testing and iterative tuning to optimize powertrain efficiency and vehicle performance under real driving conditions.
- Contributed to energy management optimization by analyzing motor controller behavior and minimizing electrical losses.
- Supported electrical integration of batteries, controllers, protection devices, and control interfaces.
Competition Achievements
- Successfully passed Technical Inspection for both vehicles under strict safety and engineering standards.
- KAFO competed among 9 vehicles in the Urban Concept category.
- QARA Prototype completed four consecutive laps in its first competition appearance.
